Two-room apartment on first floor. A shared, outer flight of stone steps leads from the apartment’s garden to the entrance. The entrance leads into a very large living room, with sofa area and dining area. There is a very large dbl bedroom with third bed, and two bathrooms with shower: one leading off the lounge, the other leading off the bedroom (private bathroom). As in every other apartment, there is a kitchenette, in this case made of marble, and two air conditioners with a range of functions (heating, cooling and dehumidifier). The private garden has its own garden furniture (table, chairs, and clothes-drying rack), and features a wooden pergola and a small outdoor solar-powered light for al fresco meals.
