Situated on the ground floor: from the garden, a large arched French window leads you into the large living room with lounge area furnished with sofas, a dining table, and satellite TV. In the rear part of the lounge there is the kitchen area, with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, and a wide staircase leading to the upper floor.
On the first floor: at the top of the stairs there is a single bedroom, and next to it a fine dbl bedroom looking out over the swimming pool, and an attractive bathroom with shower. The lounge and bedrooms have multi-purpose air conditioners to regulate the temperature (for heating and cooling, and as dehumidifiers). The private garden, with garden furniture (table, chairs, and a clothes-drying rack), is sited near the swimming pool, and beneath our monumental tree, the turkey oak, more than 200 years old.
