Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No 196 of 30 June 2003 Code concerning the protection of personal data
and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”)
This is to inform visitors of this website (hereinafter Website or Site) of the policy adopted in the field of protection of personal data underscoring its commitment and attention with regard to the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Site.
Navigating the site is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of any areas in which the user is free to specifically provide a series of data relating to access to services specifically identified. Therefore, where the visitor wishes to provide their personal data to access these additional services, he/shewill be expressly informed in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, n. 196 Code concerning the protection of personal data and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), indicating the purpose and method of use of the data and the right to request at any time the data deletion or updating of the same.
Information on data protection
pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree n.196 / 2003 “Code concerning the protection of personal data” (hereinafter “Code“) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereafter “GDPR”) provides the following information.
1. Types of personal data processed
To access the site you do not need to make any registration. However, the Website may contain sections that require registration or use of username and password (eg. to complete a possible online purchase), or services for which require personal data (eg. newsletter, contact form, request availability, etc.).
Whenever we collect information and personal data we inform our users, according to Article 13 of the Code, of the purposes for which such data collection how they will be used. Where necessary, we will acquire the user’s specific consent to their use of data. By way of example, you may be requested personal information such as your name, phone number, email address and other information that you agree to provide to use the services of the Website by filling in a specific registration form. We will use the personal data collected online for the sole purposes stated during registration.
The data relating to the connection and browsing the Website (such as notation addresses URI-Uniform Resource Identifier of the requested resources, time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the code number indicating the status of the response from server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment) are collected for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the site and to check its proper operation and will be automatically deleted after a specific period. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the site: excluding this possibility, the data will be deleted after the expiry of the period needed to provide the services described in the Site.

2. Optional communication of personal data
The provision of personal data is generally optional. Only in certain cases, the absence of data may make it impossible to access specific services and to fulfill your request (eg. registration is necessary to proceed to the possible purchase of products online).
3. Modes of data processing and scope of communication
The data may be handled either in electronic or printed formats. We guarantee the lawful and correct processing of personal information provided through the Site, in full compliance with current regulations, as well as the confidentiality of the data provided during registration.
Data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except within the limits and conditions expressly indicated each time by the user and with the authorisation of the same.
4. Links to other sites
This information is provided solely for the Site and not for other sites which may be accessed via links. We can not be held responsible for the personal information provided by users to external parties or any websites linked to this Site.
5. Profiling and / or customisation tools
The Website uses “cookies“: these are text files that are sent from a web server (which is the computer that is running the website visited) to your browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) and stored on your PC hard drive when you visit the site. The cookie allows the site to identify the user’s PC, through the information stored on it, whenever the user reconnects to the site through the PC.
Through the use of cookies you facilitate the browsing on the Site.
Cookies do not collect information directly identifying the user. Cookies do not lead us to any personal information directly identifying the user (eg. name, last name) if not provided by the same. In addition, another site can not use a cookie issued by the site to access more information in the user’s computer. Once saved in the computer, the cookie can be read only by the website that created it.
What types of cookies we use
Technical cookies
Cookies are used to ensure navigation and then the electronic transmission of data over the network or strictly necessary for the provision of the services provided by the Site. These cookies are usually temporary, called “session cookies“, and they are issued by the website user’s computer during browsing, but are only stored for the time duration of the navigation session itself. This means that when the user closes his/her browser the cookies are automatically deleted and disappear without being stored on the computer. Profiling cookies
Cookies are designed to create user profiles, for example in order to send advertising messages consistent with the preferences of the user: these cookies are issued by the site on your computer when you visit the site and are also stored for the time duration of the navigation session itself, until they expire or until the are removed by you ( “permanent cookies“).
The use of such cookies requires the express consent and informed of the user (ex art. 122, paragraph 1 of the Code). When accessing the home page (or any page) of the site the user will be displaying an information banner concerning the cookies therein and will be invited to read the information provided. If the user proceeds with navigation (for example, clicking on the web page of the site or a link contained therein), this constitutes the user’s specific consent to the use of cookies. It’s aslo considered to be a valid consent by the user to have configured one’s Internet Browser (eg. Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari) in order to accept the use of cookies (ex art. 122, paragraph 2 of the Code).
We would like to inform you that your consent will be required only on your first access to the Site: later, thanks to the use of a technical cookie we will store your consent (for one year) to allow direct access to the pages of the site upon your return (subject to your right to disable / enable cookies at any time, or to delete them (see section 5.2): in this case, when you return, the site will request your consent again).
This website doesn’t use any other profiling tools.
5.1 Information about the released cookies
Regarding the cookies used on the Site, we would like to provide the following information:
1) Purpose of collection: Cookies are used to(i) allow easier and faster navigation on the Site or for analysis / verification of statistical and anonymous information on site usage (technical cookie); (ii) improve the browsing experience suggesting the best products and promotions based on user’s navigation (profiling cookie).

3) Validity of cookies: The Site uses session cookies (i.e. cookies that are automatically deleted when the browser is closed), possibly, for some services (Eg. login to reserved area), we use persistent cookies (i..e cookies that are stored until being removed by the user), the duration of which does not exceed in any case the twelve months.
4) Need to accept cookies: Acceptance of cookies is not mandatory but their deactivation, while allowing navigation within the site, could make the release of certain content and functionality of the Site impossible.
5) How to disable and delete cookies: You can disable / enable cookies at all times.

6. Rights of interested parties
Under Article 7 of the Code you have the right to obtain from the Data Processing Manager information on the processing of data, including, 1) obtain, without delay, confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you […]; 2) obtain: a) information on the origin of personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic of the processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, the identity of the controller or persons responsible (managers), subjects or categories of recipients to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or agents; updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of data; b) cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data in violation of law; 3) object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning you, for purposes of commercial information or sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
You can exercise your rights at any time by sending a notice by e-mail.
7. Applicable law
This Privacy Policy is governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 196/2003 Code concerning the protection of personal data and “GDPR” which governs the processing of personal data – also held overseas – carried out by anyone who is established in Italy or through instruments located in Italy. The Code ensures that the processing of personal data will be carried out with respect for human rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity, with particular reference to privacy, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
8. Review clause
We reserve the right to revise, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, in any way and / or at any time, without notice, this Privacy Policy in consideration of changes to laws or regulations regarding the protection of personal data. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be communicated to users on the Home Page of the site as soon as adopted and will be binding once posted on the website in this section. Please therefore regularly access this section to verify the publication of the most recent and updated Privacy Policy.
