OUR APARTMENTS
Our 18 apartments, in a range of sizes, are divided into one-room apartments (2+1), two-room apartments (3+2), various types of three-room apartments (3+2, or 4+2, or 5+2), and large apartments (6+4). The types vary depending on the number of adults and children, and thus the size of the apartment (in sq. mt.). Each apartment, with a few minor exceptions, has a dishwasher (but not the single-room Apartments C5 and C6), air conditioning (excl. Apts. 5-6-14), a kitchen, a bathroom with shower (with hair-dryer), and rooms with space for an additional child's cot and high-chair. Each apartment has its own separate entrance, and own private garden or patio with chairs, a table, and a clothes-drying rack. There is also a satellite TV. Our apartments are furnished in a simple and practical style, and a small token is needed for the laundry facilities.

Borgo al Cerro Residence is a family-run property situated below the medieval borgo of Casole d’Elsa (SI). It stands on a hectare or so of land, and is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. Our apartments, of various sizes, are subdivided into one-room, two-room, three-room and large apartments. Each of these has: bathroom with shower, kitchen (with all pots and pans, crockery and tableware), satellite TV, spacious rooms with wardrobe and heating, and private garden with a table and chairs. The Reception service is always available, and pets are welcome. Outside, as well as playground facilities and spaces for children, there is a free car park with two electric charging stations. Our Residence offers very many different facilities. Some are to be found inside the apartments themselves, such as coffee percolators, American coffee machine, kitchen equipment, air conditioning and wifi. Others can be found outside, such as those offered by our Reception and the Residence itself, such as a wonderful excursion by electric bicycle into the Tuscan countryside, a delightful pool-side massage, taking a dip in our jacuzzi, or cooking a great local steak in our wood-fired oven. Also available are a free car park, electric charging stations for vehicles and children's games such as table tennis, table football, and darts.
